To meet the needs of the Gateway area, Gateway Healthworks has partnered with the University of Iowa to bring in an Occupational Physician to provide office hours at Medical Associates. Dr. Henri Cuddihy is a board certified Occupational Medicine Physician. Dr. Cuddihy along with our Specialists in Orthopedics, Neurology, Pulmonology, Podiatry, Opthmology, and Audiology have extensive experience in Occupational Health issues and will focus on:

• Assisting injured workers to get back to work sooner
• Providing necessary health screenings
• Partnering with industry in enforcing a drug-free workplace
• Performing permanency ratings and conducting IMEs

Gateway HealthWorks is a full service ccupational clinic and can be expected to meet all the Occupational needs of area employers. In addition, our case management nurse, assisted by our case management computer system, is a vital component of the occupational health program and provides communication with employers on the status and follow-up care of injured workers.
